Christina is an expert at management, design coordination and follow-through to ensure her clients have the very best product and service. Her follow though goes beyond a project, she is dedicated to excellence, client service and growing relationships far beyond the completion of a project. Christina has a deep interest in knowing that what was designed has worked for her clients long after the design and construction team have left the project. She pursues lessons-learned to always seek improvement to lead and mentor the team toward further excellence.
Her 15 years plus of experience includes establishing and running a small business, accounting expertise, sustainable design and LEED tracking and interior design management. These skills combined with her technical skills, design programming, design integration, team meeting effectiveness, team leadership, code and zoning knowledge, city/JHA communication and coordination and complex project integration and delivery makes her very effective in maximizing design and project potential for clients.
Her project experience includes institutional projects such as courts, detention facilities and community/civic centric projects such as a city hall and libraries. Her experience also includes high end CCRC Senior Living design, healthcare office, industrial/office repositioning, tenant improvements, technical facility design and specialized office design. Happiness and the pursuit of excellence is what drives Christina in everything she takes on.

JPMC - Lockbox Renovation- 290,000 sf, 2 story renovation of old
Motorola Building into 3 government lockboxes project also includes
full restaurant. Interior and Core shell scopes.
JPMC - Client Center - High Rise upscale remodel of Client Center
with conference area.
One Scottsdale MOB - Core/Shell scope for 100,000sf MOB building,

Oren R Fox Detention Center - Imperial County Oren R. Fox Medium
Security Detention Facility - 75,000sf
Maricopa County Intake Transfer and Release Facility- 500,000 sf
facility including 800 bed detention facility (long term), 500 bed
detention facility (short term) and 5 court rooms.
East Courts 1st and 2nd Floor - TI renovation of Maricopa County Law
Library into Sheriff offices. 40,000sf, 2 stories.
San Tan JP Courts - 10,000sf, 1 story court building including 2 court
rooms, staff offices and holding cells.
Central Courts 12th floor - 20,000sf, 1 Floor, 4 court rooms and Judges chambers with support staff.
